Toilets are DISGUSTING

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I flew 10 Oct 2016 JHB - DXB DXB-DUB and returned on the 26th of October 2016.</p> <p>My compliant is about the toilets on the airline, they were disgusting. From the start of the flight to the end of my journey I was horrified at the condition of the toilets. </p> <p>My feet tend to swell during the flight so I removed my shoes and went to the loo.... as I walked inside the toilet.... old urine soaked into my soaks. As you can imagine I was totally disgusted. I thought perhaps it was a "once off" situation and complained to the airline crew - who gave me a new pair of socks... this however did nothing to ease my discomfort on the rest of the flight. I sat picturing someone's pee soaked into my feet )-:</p> <p>Each time I went to the loo I noticed the urine all over the floor on EVERY SINGLE FLIGHT. You should have someone cleaning the toilet not only for hygiene but for general comfort.</p> <p>I am VERY unhappy about the flights (all 4)</p> <p>I look forward to a response.</p> <p>Regards<br />Bonita Suckling<br /> ********** </p>
