TIME TO PROVIDE A PRICE ON SEAT

My sister wants to return home, South Africa, from India earlier than her return date.<br> <br> We call Emirates on 13 March 2016, waited for 27 minutes 48 seconds for the consultant to provide us with a price for a seat upgrade/change. To add frustration, the amount was quite pricey to change (she stated same seat not available and she is upgrading!|!)<br> <br> my point, to make us wait for that long??? does Emirates not possess advanced technology applications etc to provide prompt efficient service?
