Think twise before flighing emirates

I arived in Khartoum ans when I received my luggage, my suitcase was so badly damage that some clothes hanged out. After filing a baggage report they told me to come the next morning to emirates. After ariving the lady told me her manager is not their and they will phone me at the hotel. I went to do my business in Karthoum and the Hotel i formed me that emirates phoned. I went back the next morning while it cost me $25 twise now for taxi, just to tell me her manager is not coming in today and should come tomorrow. So I spend additional $50 for travel to sort my suitcase out and still no luck with them.
