******* ....utterly disgusted

Inam extremely irate as emirates has failed to stick to their end of the stick,myself Akhona mtolo and sthabile dlamini booked for a flight deal which were to pay a sort of a holding fee of about R700 which was supposed to be reversed ,we have travelled to China and back but no refund its now close to 2 months ,this is horrific service .please reverse the money and advise once done asap
