They don't get back to me about a refund

I submitted a request for a refund on the 11th Nov online as I was requested to do. I received an email saying they have my request and will get back to me as quickly as possible. It is now the 21st of Nov and not a peep from them. Is that as quick as possible? I think not. Quick to take your money- not so quick to give it back!!
