THEIR SITE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL

<p>I have been trying for literally hours to book 3 flights through Emirates. It does not allow me to continue, giving me an error message 'some information missing' but it does not say WHAT the information is that is missing. I gave feedback on their site with still no contact from Emirates. Then, to top it all, I tried a Complaint - lo and behold - it does not allow me to complain: saying I need to provide a booking number! How must I provide a booking number when I cannot even make a booking and not being provided with the 'missing info' that are 'missing'???!!!!!! What an absolute time waster!!!!</p>
