The airline without a heart

My sister recently had a stroke on the 17th December, which nobody expected and it could happen to anybody, it has left her paralysed on her right side, limited speech and much much more. She has been in the ICU for two weeks in thailand and then in a general ward for a week.We had to have her medically escorted back to South Africa, which entailed 4 business class tickets (neurosurgeon, nurse my mom and my sister) due to costs we had to get a economy ticket for her husband. Needless to say I am shocked when they all got to the business class lounge in ****et they refused to even allow her husband in even with four business class tickets in hand. My sisters husband hasnt left her side in over three weeks, and to not allow him to be with her in this difficult and traumatic period I think is utterly disgraceful. I understand rules and regulations but surely for such a case an exception could of been made we werent expecting him to be upgraded to business class, but the courtsey of having him with her for a few hours between flights! There was no effort to contact a manager or even to discuss the matter further. .... Hearless!
