Thanks for ruining my holiday

<p>Thank you so much emirates for ruining our holiday. Our flight has been delayed from Durban until tomorrow. No one has properly been able to tell us what is happening. Your staff are rude and very unhelpful. What are you going to do about all the money that's gone to waste because of you?</p>
