Thank you Mantha at Emirates ground crew desk Athens

After a really unpleasant flight SA to Dubai on Emirates where we booked a 2 seater with extra leg room just to find that a third seat was squashed into the row, and had to deal with chatty air hostesses in the galley the entire evening, Mantha from the ground crew at Athens airport saved the day - a breath of fresh air with fantastic service! My mother was not allowed to have the pre-booked seat at the emergency exit (row 80) and without any hassle she managed to change the entire group's seating arrangement to keep us together.
