Terrible treatment of loyal passengers

<p>sadly our flight Was delayed from Palma and when we landed in Barcelona Emirates would not allow us to board our flight to Dubai. The unacceptable part is that the plane was still grounded for 30 min with us (the passengers meant to be on board with boarding passes in hand) not allowed to board. Emirates took no responsibility and the ground staff just shifted blame. I was informed that I was moved on to a quatar airline fight almost 24 hours later. I'm a loyal Emirates client I don't actually fly quatar. Thank you. Emirates Barcelona for showing me that my patronage time and effort to use your services means absolutely nothing to Emirates.</p>
