Terrible service from emirates airlines

<p>Emirates airlines have provided me with absolutely terrible service. I booked to travel with firearm parts which requires one to submit an online form 3 days before travel. i submitted the form 7 days before and called many times to find out about the authorization. I had to cancel the flight as the application wasnt even attended to by emirates. they refused to take responsibility for their failure and i am still waiting for 3 months after raising a complaint with them. Absolutely shocking service from emirates. </p>
