TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had terrible inflight service from Dubai to Auckland, on the 5th of December 2022. I lodged a complaint via the online site and got a generic reply to which I lodged another complaint and got exactly the same generic reply. I sent another complaint on the 23 of January 2023 and I have not received a reply as yet. After sales services is also nonexistent.
