Stressful situation with regards to luggage lost

<p>We arrived with Emirates from Dubia on Friday 16.30, when we got to the baggage control we were told that ourt baggage is lost but we need to complete a form and someone will call us the next day. <br /><br />When we havent heard anything by 12o'clock we started calling the number provided; with no joy. Nobody called us and if we phone it is either engaged or just ringing. At one stage we were 3 people phoning and trying different ways of getting someone to assist us.<br /><br />This was sooooo stressfull and by 23.15 that evening was the first that we spoke to someone<br /><br />Utterly dissapointed with the way we were treated.<br /><br /></p>
