Still no luggage after 4 months

We arrived back from Kuala Lumpur on 24 December only to be told our bags were sent to the wrong place . We said to them when the bags arrive they should call us no matter the time and we are happy to open the bags as we have nothing to declare . They agreed and we left . The next day the bags were delivered to put home both with broken zips . The bags were brand new and I distinctly said to them I will not accept a repaired bag especially since I specifically told you to call us. They took the bags back and said they would replace it. We call them on a weekly basis. No one gets back to you. They say they will sort it out and nothing happened . I have even gone to the head office yet 4 months later I still don't have my luggage !
