STILL NO BAG 3 MONTHS LATER!

To whom it may concern, I would like to inquire what is happening with regards to my lost/****** baggage? My bag which was clearly labelled and tagged as well as bright pink ribbon and a fragile sticker was taken off the carousel at King Shaka Int Airport. I have opened a case of theft with the SAPS and viewed CCTV footage. on this footage we see my bag on the carousel but we don't see who has taken it. I am wanting to know how is Emerites going to compensate me for my loss. I have reported this to Emerites office on the 16 March and have continued to try get answers but have not found any help. In my bag had all my gifts I had purchased in Paris and Disneyland. This is a huge loss to me as I am a single parent and I worked hard to be able to afford such a trip for myself and my 7 year old daughter.
