Shocking service from Emirates

My daughter flew Emirate Airways to Amsterdam via Dubai. On arrival in Amsterdam she found out that her luggage was not on the flight. After going back to the airport on 2 consecutive days she has heard nothing from Emirates. It is now 9 days later and she has heard nothing about her luggage. No one responds to emails or phone calls. She is having to buy clothing each day, waiting for her luggage to be delivered to her.
