SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

My kids are at the king shaka airport now to fly to Bali. According to Contiki, airports in Bali are open. Emirates NEVER contacted us to tell us flights were cancelked!!! We were told that their flight was cancelled ONLY while checking in AT the airport??!!! What BAD SERVICE!!!
