Service partner failure Budget Air

So I booked 12 tickets with Budget air on Emirates flights. I discovered I had a letter in 1 of the passengers. I phoned the call centre to ask to rectify this. I was referred back to Budget air. I then got a call from the budget air to say emirates did not refund the ticket, although I requested a letter change. I really think you guys need to look into your service partners. They representing your airline. Although my flight experience with Emirates was great, was it your service partner that let you down. it cost me to book an additional flight of 12k. When I actually went to ****et international airport, I was informed that the 1 ticket was valid.
