Reported items removed from my luggage, SLOW REPLY 1 moth later still waiting

<p>on 30th Jan 2017, i reported to yourselves that, I was on return flight, Orlando to JHB. My 1 check in luggage was book all the way through to JHB.When i arrived in JHB i collected my bag and noticed that the lock had been removed. I went to the emirates baggage counter and mentioned that they must weigh my bag. The checkin weight was 23kgs and the weight in JHB was 17kgs. Personal items had been removed from my bag. i completed the forms and emailed your office. 7th feb i received a reply form yourselves, which i answered. on 23rd feb i enquired that i have not yet had any response. no reply was returned. i am still awaiting. this is BAD SERVICE and and INCONVENIENCE by EMIRATES. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS I WILL RATHER FLY WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE. </p>
