Refund nightmare

<p>I cancelled a flight with emirates 2 weeks ago and there are cancellation penalties which I accepted. Upon cancelling was told this would be action in 2 weeks. I got an email this week asking for my banking details which was supp**** in the refund form...wasting my time now I get told it is another 7-10 workin days. I expect my refund to be actioned today...this is poort service and these details where supp**** at the time of cancellation. Shocking service and I can't even get a direct answer from Emirates as I am being told one moment it will be actioned by Dubai office and the next moment the SA office...I want my refund...you quick to take money but not pay back. You have your penalty fee now pay my money back please.</p>
