Refund

I app**** for a refund on my ticket. I was sent a mail that the refund was completed since 24th of february and that it takes 3-5 working days for the fund to reflect on my account. This is close to a month now , i have not recieved my money and i have been calling customer center nothing is being done to it. i have mailed central refund countless time but no one is responding.<br> <br> dont try to rob me
