Problems with Emirate's visa application link

<p>I was using the link on the emirates site to apply for a Dubai Visa, but before I could upload my supporting documents my application got sent and took me straight to payments without giving me a change to submit all the documents. Now no one is SA can help me as it is outsourced to a global company. I have paid for this visa, adn need it to apply for my schengen visa for my main trip as dubai is only a 3 day stopover. BEcause of this website error I will miss the application cut off time for my schengen, and my whole trip depends on it. And Ican't even call anyone to sort it out. THe email provided to me just keep on giving me the same "Your application will be processed and the outcome will be know in 4 days. Do not apply for a visa using the emerites site's link!</p>
