Poor service and no response to the first complaint

I write this review due to the lack of response from Emirates Airline on my first review. The level of interest from Emirates in regards to a bad review I wrote on 29 November is shocking to say the least. After sending numerous mails and filling in a complaint on their own website, I turned to Hellopeter. Unfortunately, Emirates do not seem to care much for their image. Therefore I declare that as for my family and me, we will never use Emirates in any capacity ever again. As consumers, customers and clients, we are all entitled to the very best service. And this attitude of ‘take it or leave it’ should not be tolerated.
