Poor service and lack of good response

My flight to Dubai was late do I was offloaded from my connecting flight<br> When I complained that this reason was ******* as my collegue was it offloaded I was ignored<br> I later was told that I had to wait to board as they needed to confirm that the seat was empty - not good safety protocol! <br> My luggage didn't arrive with me and I incurred substantial cost in buying emergency foods and trying to follow up got more then 24 hours <br> I have complained to about 7 people only to be old I know have to complain somewhere else<br> It's just not acceptable
