Poor Service

Hi All, Just a warning regarding Emirates. It has been months with no reply, they are great to fly with but the after sales services is pathetic, that you will regret going to them if you run into any problems. They do not pay the refunds advertised for COVID-19, or if they pay the amount, it is an iota of the original amount. No one answers the phone when you call, and after days and now months they reply via FB Messenger with no proof of payment provided as requested. All the go by is word of mouth. The airline is nowhere what they use to be, and do recommend other airlines with better service with competitive costs. #badservice #customerservice #service #worstairline #badairline #airlines
