poor service

<p>Hi there ,</p> <p>we travelled in Emirates with flight number No:E768 ,Initially they said waiting period is only 2 Hours for connecting flight but they delayed upto 5 hours.I am pregnant and my kid is 2 years old they didn't provide good food for my kid.They didn't provide any facilities in dubai Airport for staying , we struggled for five hour in Dubai.</p>
