Poor online service

I love flying on Emirates, but have had 2 irritating issues with them online in the last 30 minutes: 1. attempted password reset: received the reset email...immediately clicked on the icon...was told the reset link had already expired (30 seconds after receiving the email) :( 2. attempted live chat: told I would be helped within just under 12 minutes...waited...waited some more...eventually the clock reached 0 and still no live chat....clock started again at just under 6 minutes...I gave up :(
