Pathetic Service from Emirates Airlines

Apart from the massive delay on all our flights from Auckland to Durban, 3 of our bags were damaged & to date my bags are still not replaced. I have laid a complain to Emirates directly, but as expected no reply from them at all. I honestly do not know what to do, other than encourage people to be careful on using them as their service honestly sucks. We arrived back from Auckland on 26 Dec'17 & still to date no bags are replaced. When I started to talk to other people I realized this is a common thing with Emirates.....well, I experienced it first hand. Well done Emirates, this is how you loose customers.
