Pathetic service

PATHETIC. My husband was suppose to fly tonight, then is was tomorrow, now it is only on SUNDAY. WHAT IS HAPPENING??? And your consultants is rude. You did not even let him now, he had to see when he checked in for tomorrows flight. I think this is unacceptable.
