Pathetic service

Booked a flight with Emirates, cancelled on 24th March 21, received and e mail on 27 March 21 to confirm that my refund was approved. Since then I have made calls every day - no refund received. On Monday, 12 April received a international call from them saying that my refund was made and that I should call my bank. Called my bank - no refund. Since then I have made 7 calls to them to ask them to provide me with the proof of the refund made - they just cannot provide me. Do not fly with Emirates - they have got NO service and just ignore all the complaints and calls.
