Pathethic customer service

Very bad service. Flew in July 2023 and our bag was damaged. Complained and 6 months still no reply. Flying back tomorrow and we cannot pack our clothing and still no response. Numerous calls but still no reply. The call centre agents are very rude and speak so arrogantly. In flight service is so poor.
