Overcharging!

Booking made Frankfurt to Johannesburg via Dubai.

No problem in Germany as they state correctly that I need to produce a PCR test for travel to South Africa - I produce it on my phone. No issues.

I get to Dubai and they won't let me board without having the PCR in hard copy. I have traveled to South Africa 4 times during covid and have never had to have a hard copy. Amazingly enough Emirates has a printer that you can or HAVE TO print your PCR test at for 5$. That's a joke. And when I query the price the person tells me that it's because the PCR test is so valuable. So it's warrents charging 5$ for a print? Forcing your clients to go to your printer by refusing them entrance to the plane. Disgrace! And exploring your own clients.
