NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE

Good Day,<br> <br> I would like to complain about my flight I took on the 10th October 2015 from OR Tambo International airport to Dubai. <br> <br> The flight was late by an hour and a half, everyone on that flight had to wait in the airport with no air-con and it was 30 degrees that day. After waiting and boarding the plan the air hostess were unfriendly and did not offer one single person a glass of water. <br> <br> Once reaching Dubai we were obviously late for our flight in which someone had to take us through. Then we landed safely in Milano(Bergamo) where unfortunately our bags were not there. We had to wait until Monday the 12th October 2015 at 12 pm for our bags.<br> <br> I know this happens but there was no apology from anyone for the delay or late bags.<br> <br> I just thought I would bring this to your attention. This is the first bad service I have had from Emirates.<br> <br> Thanking you,<br> Christie Pelser
