NO HELP ON URGENT MATTER

Flight is tomorrow from JHB to Amsterdam. Flight was booked on Thursday (24th) and apparently I was meant to fill out a form no later than 5 days before departure, my flight was only booked 4 days before departure. I have been told that I will not be able to fly as this unnecessary form was not filled out. I NEED HELP!!! your call Centre in South Africa is not answering and I’m flying out of Durban today. This is not ok!!!
