Never again travelstart or emirates airlines

Hi still waiting for emirates airline to get back to me, since I appealed for help since about 15.30 today no response still waiting at airport no word when we will leave rumors with other disgruntled passengers is maybe at 12pm, no word from emirates airlines or Travelstart, why oh why did I not use BA.
