My family of 5 and I booked an Emirates Flight via travel start

My family of 5 and I booked an Emirates Flight via travel start. We ALL had qualified for Dubai connect and we're asked to submit relevant supporting documents for visa's etc.. that's when we had discovered there was a small mistake I had made with my ticket name which has since been corrected. Now the other 4 family members (our tickets were all the same price and booked together) are still eligible for Dubai connect whilst I haven been told I no longer qualify because I didn't book a flight ticket to the value of $1000 or more. The agents helping me are not willing to listen and understand,they are talking over me and one of the agents had went and put incorrect information under my booking, information I didn't ask them to edit. For one of the worlds best airlines, the service is very poor, pathetic and the agents are unbothered. I challenge anyone from Emirates who is smart enough to handle this query professional to call and let's resolve this issue I am paying for my ticket after all.
