Missing Baggage Emirates Flight London (Gatwick) to Johannesburg (OR Tambo)

<p>My Sister-In-Law flew from London Gatwick on Emirates March 26th to visit her sick sister in Benoni. She arrived in Dubai late and almost missed the connection to Johannesburg. She arrived OR Tambo at 16:35 27th March only to find that her baggage was not on the plane. Registered lost bag and have reference JNBEK22002. After numerous telephone calls still no luggage. Mmabotle/Jabu from BidAir Baggage services promised to give feedback before 5pm yesterday (28th March) and never did. It is now 40 hours since I landed and still no bags. Visited the BidAir office this morning to physically search for the bag ourselves. Only to be told that the bag maybe still in Dubai. She is returning to England 30th March. At least she will not have a bag to lose!</p> <p>WILL NOT FLY EMIRATES AGAIN </p>
