Mailing list

I phoned and asked to be taken off the mailing list. The guy said he would do it and I am still receiving end mails. <br> It says unsubscribe but then nowhere to unsubcribe on the website and I don't know who to contact anymore. Being bombarded with advertising emails all the time is crazy. Please can you take me off!!!!!
