Lost Luggage Emirates

I recently flew Emirates from South Africa to Milan, Italy and there’s a possibility that someone took my bag that was identical to theirs in Malpensa airport. What frustrates me with Emirates is that they are failing to retrieve contact details of this person or the agent they used to book their flight. Im so disappointed. It has been 2 days and there’s no information from Emirates about any improvement towards this case
