Lost luggage at Jeddah

Good day, I've flown with Saudi Airlines on the 20th of November via dubai. On arrival at the airport they couldn't find my luggage. Because of the language barrier an agent on ground tried the past week with my references code to track down the bag but no luck thus far. I've flown with Emirates from JHB South Africa and will write this same review on their name. Please contact me via email to get this sorted as I'm a crew member myself.
