Lost Luggage

I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and lack of urgency to resolve a matter of lost luggage on 2 July 24 from Germany to South African. Till now I have phone numerous times the lost luggage department with zero success. My daughters luggage is now missing for 6 months and we still don't even received a explanation as to why it's taking so very long to resolve the issue. Ticket nr. JNBA ***.At this moment I'm at my wits end with their call center as the are really no help whatsoever.
