LOST LUGGAGE

<p>I am a regular traveller on Emirates Airlines from Dubai to Johannesburg (Econonmy). On the 08 August on arrival at OR Tambo I was informed that my luggage (Suitcase) remained in Dubai and will be on the next flight to OR Tambo. All the required documentation was completed for this. Its now 5 days (Saturday) and my luggage has not yet been delivered. I have followed up on this on numerous occasions. As a result of this I have been unable to attend to my official duties. I expect a satisfacttory explanation pertaining to this poor service from Emirates. My family and I are planning our trip to Thailand in December on emirates but have to re consider alternative airlines. Emirates could at least upgrade my next travel to a BIS Class seat or at least compensate my family and I in December.</p>
