Lost Credibility

Two flights delayed. First flight from London to Dubai now Dubai to Jhb. Last leg they must switch planes. If you want to fly onntime, don’t book Emirates they are not trust worthy. It is a much longer flight in the 1st place now they have added nearly 10 hours to the trip with their delays. Not good enough.
