LOST BAGGAGE

<p>My dad and 3 friends flew to Mumbai via Dubai on Sunday 26th March and landed in Mumbai Monday morning 27th March. Today being the 29th March they are still stranded in Mumbai and could not take their internal flight to Delhi because their baggage has not arrived and been issues to them. They are having to buy clothes with the money the had to spend and medication is still in the lost bags. The Emirates office in India cannot ggive them a proper answer and have ot made 1 call to them so they are having to call them continuously. Inconvenience and extra cash and nobody giving a proper answer???</p> <p>Being a frequent flyer with Emirates this is pathetic service.</p>
