Lost baggage

<p>I planned my dream holiday from Cape Town to New York flying with Emirates. My holiday was booked for 8 days. I arrived in New York and there was no sign of my luggage. It is now 7 days later and my luggage has STILL NOT arrived. I was traveling with a friend and her luggage arrived after 6 days. I have contacted Emirates in Cape Town, Dubai and New York and no one seems to be able to tell me when my bags will arrive. This is absolutely shocking. This incident has completely RUINED my dream holiday. I have spent a fortune on buying clothes and essentials which I need while on New York. My biggest concern now is that my luggage is going to arrive in New York and I will be on my flight back to SA already. I am disgusted by the service I have been receiving. </p>
