Lack in quick responsive service

I have been struggling to apply for a Visa for both me and my husband for Dubai for a while. I app**** online for both of us separately and the website itself did not even give me the option for Multiple entry. I was forced to choose the flights inbound and app**** for a 30day Tourist Visa for my husband and a 96hour transit Visa for myself as I was only getting in a bit later. After paying the fee and receiving the Visa, we were told at the Passport control that we will not be able to enter Dubai again with the same Visas.

I have now tried to apply for new Visas for both of us but the website does not allow me to use the same Flight Ref no, and unfortunately the flights are all booked under one Flight Ref no. (The website, btw is not very user friendly and there was no option to select "Multiple entry" on my original application).

I sent an email to request for multiple entry as they mention in the reply emails and had a REALLY SHOCKING email sent back to me that does not even assist me at all.

No help was given as to how I will be able to reapply for a VISA online.

The only feedback I got was:

Please note that the visa issued to you is a single entry visa and can be used to enter Dubai only once. To opt for multiple entry tourist visa you need to cancel the previous visa which is issued to you and apply for new visa with the new Emirates booking reference number which has multiple sectors of travel through Emirates Airlines.

This is information I am already aware of. How do I cancel an already existing Visa if I am not even able to log in to the original Visa application?

They take a whole day to reply to my email and we only have 4 days left until we travel to Dubai again.

I am really shocked with this service at this moment.
