Just terrible service and pure apathy

<p>I will actively be avoidng Emirates after this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked a flight on the route going from Dubai to Panama. They took the payment and then the route was completely cancelled. This completely ruined my vacation plans. They then took 3 MONTHS to refund my ticket. They straight out refused to speak to me about it over any form of social media and just kept telling me to revert to my travel agency. They completely ignored me and my travel agency for the duration of this. </p> <p> </p> <p>This completely ****ed the chance to even try and salvage my holiday since I needed that money. </p> <p> </p> <p>If there was a minus star rating I would giving that. Terrible. Just shockingly terrible. </p>
