i have been robed by emirates

i booked ticket from emirates travel agency called tripoli sail in libya the ticket was from tunis to johannesburg via dubai , i used half of the ticket and when i wanted to refund the way back ticket they said i must contact the agency , so i did contact them all thier phones and website has no answers actually the calls get transferred to china , so i contacted emirates call centre again they said they can not help me , as they said they can not reach that agency too , i have emirates ticket and they can see on the system is real , but they say they cant help me , i contacted the owner of that agency via friends in libya so he said he cant help and he wont give me any money back , i contacted the emirates call centre again to explain the situation here again they say they cant help me , as a customer it is not my problem that emirates airlines deal with ******** like this travel agency , it is not my problem that i lose my money because emirates give contracts to ******** agencies like this , i want my money back this all i want i dont ant your ticket or your service anymore just give me my money back and go deal with your ******** agencies around the world .
