Horrible experience

<p>Flighy to London from Joburg was late and delayed in Dubai, on my flight back I was delayed and my luggage was misplaced , and 6 days later i still havent recieved my luggage !! I have been on hold for hours and tried to call several times. Every time i call they say sorry nothing they can do ! I will never recommend emirates </p>
