Even if you cancel in advance your refund is a joke

In January I had to book a return flight for my daughter at OR Thambo, and when I canceled the flight (at least 72 hours before departure... The refund was around R300 on a R3500 ticket... And they would not budge on the refund after many to and fro mails, and calls...

It is a disgrace...
